My condo bathroom shower had a little water come through the bottom of the glass shower door for years. The previous owner installed engineered wood in the bathroom so the wood near the shower stall started to rot more and more as time went by. If I only changed the floors and not the shower stall, it wouldn't have been worth it so I decided to upgrade my whole 2nd bathroom. I was also worried about potential mold so I hired Advanced Restoration since they did both water damage/mold remedy and remodeling. The quote they provided me was pretty reasonable and a month later, everything is complete and beautiful! Great company for water and mold remediation and reconstruction. All of the staff are very professional, customer-focused, and kind. They will do their best to make you a satisfied customer. They do very good work with water and mold remediation, reconstruction, and cleanup. They provide exceptional value based on a few quotes I received. Let me start by saying WOW! I’m impressed!! My water heater leaked and water went through to my kitchen and destroyed my cabinets and lifted my floors, it was a complete disaster! Luckily for me I found Advanced Restoration. I’m a very skeptical person so I needed to find a company I can trust. Advanced came out to give us a bid which was competitive and straight forward. They were extremely honest and we felt comfortable to move forward and they were able to send out a crew immediately! They took care of the water damages and restored/remodeled the whole kitchen. Not only were they in and out done in 3 weeks but my kitchen looks even better than it did before! I can’t express how grateful I am for finding them! This is our second time working with Tal after he did an amazing job on our major condo renovation, which not only was a huge project but also required dealing with the headache of Santa Monica's strict codes and permits, all of which Tal handled no problem. We were so pleased with the results that when we moved into a new house that required renovation, we knew just who to call! And once again, Tal along with Jorge and the whole crew knocked it out of the park. They did a variety of projects including restoring vintage hardwood floors, a complete renovation of a very old kitchen along with painting and installations. Everything is perfect, just the way we envisioned. And if after the fact anything has needed to be addressed, they are right there immediately to help. And I hired advanced restoration To come for emergency dry out eventually remodel together the kitchen and Tal was very professional and responsible I had really good experience with him and the company I highly recommend them they are awesome
